Boulder Computer Maven Newsletter - December 2004

Dear Friends,

Thank you for letting me help you with your computer needs.  This is my client newsletter, containing computer tips that I hope you'll find helpful and interesting.  If you don't want to receive this newsletter, just let me know, and I'll remove your name from my mailing list.

With the holidays near, you probably don't want to spend time thinking about your computer right now.  I'm limiting this newsletter to some important items that need your immediate attention to keep your computer safe.

These popular free programs must be upgraded to newer versions to continue to protect your computer: AVG 6.0 , Ad-Aware 6, Spybot Search and Destroy 1.2
.  I've installed these programs for many of you to protect your computers from viruses and spyware.  Because these programs and the protection that they provide are so important, I'm providing full descriptions of how to upgrade them, and I'll give free telephone consultations if you have any questions about the products or the upgrade process.  After upgrading these programs, be sure to run them and download the latest definitions to give your computer up-to-date protection.

As always, please contact me at any time with your computer questions.  I want to help you get the most from your computer.

I wish you and your family a very happy holiday season and new year.
